*Note:
Please be informed that for CMSRL holders’ who are registered or whose licences renewed via the EASY system from Feb 2022 onwards, the changes/updates do not reflect in the CPE Tracker System (due to integration issue). As a result, CMSRL holders are unable to check their current CPE points, nor can the CPE points be uploaded into the CPE Tracker System. To check the license validity, please go to the SC’s website at Public Register (seccom.com.my)

The SC Licensing Handbook (Chapter 8) states that the fulfilment of the CPE requirement is to be declared by intermediaries (CMSL holders and RPs) via Form 6A upon verification of the supporting evidence furnished by CMSRL holders and ERPs. It is understood that such document should be provided by the Training Provider that supports the eligibility of the CMSRL holder to be granted the CPE points. In short, participant will need to keep track of their CPE points when attending any CPE courses as records for proof. Any enquiries regarding this matter, please refer directly to the SC Authorisation and Licensing Department at ALDmail@seccom.com.my for further explanation.
